Banks MFIs SACCOs One ledger
Dallol Core is a multi-tenant core banking platform for commercial and community banks, microfinance institutions and SACCOs. Teller, loans, savings, EOD, internet banking and agent cash all post to one native double-entry journal. Channels never keep a second set of books.
Open the core Internet bankingWho we serve
1 live tenant
Full chart of accounts, dual control on high-value postings, cheques, nostro/interbank-ready, current and savings, loans, and internet banking for retail customers.
2 live tenants
Group loans, compulsory savings, field-officer origination, teller cash, agent banking, and NBE microfinance directives on the same posting engine.
1 live tenant
Member CIF, share capital, patronage/dividends, joint liability, and a member-first internet banking login — still one ledger, not a cooperative sidecar.
Four coordinated products
Dallol Tech operators onboard tenants, assign plans, watch health. They do not sit as CEO of every bank.
Institution staff: CIF, teller, loans, GL, EOD, maker-checker, NBE packs, AML, and reports.
Customers and members: balances, statements, transfers, loan view — OTP on the same APIs.
Same channel contracts as internet banking. Device binding and step-up, no second ledger.
End-to-end
Create the institution, branches, users, products and chart of accounts.
Register the client or member, verify identity, assign risk and consent.
Savings, current, share or loan — live on core_accounts, not a spreadsheet.
Teller deposit, withdrawal and transfer. Dual control where the type requires it.
Accrue interest, collect repayments, classify dormancy, close the operating day.
Internet banking, mobile API and agent cash-in/out read and post the same lines.
Trial balance, NBE catalogue and management packs from the journal — not a second system.

Daily, weekly and monthly packs plus live dashboard charts from posted transactions.
The book
Every live posting is a balanced journal: debit and credit GL, idempotent transaction number, booking date on the institution’s operating calendar. Internet banking and the Open API do not invent balances. Historical openings come in through ETL; they do not rewrite posted history. Reversals are a linked opposite journal.
